Murad-García participa en el concurso del nuevo Pabellón Deportivo de Algemesí
El ayuntamiento de la localidad valenciana de Algemesí ha organizado el concurso abierto para la realización del nuevo pabellón deportivo municipal, en el que hemos participado.
La propuesta formal exterior consiste en una envolvente transparente a nivel del jugador y de las gradas de los espectadores, comunicadas visualmente con el exterior ajardinado, dotando al recinto interior de abundante luz natural, reforzada por los lucernarios de cubierta y por la fachada translúcida orientada a norte.
A nivel funcional, la pista polideportiva alberga un campo de fútbol-sala, uno de balonmano, dos de baloncesto y dos pistas de voleibol.
Murad-Garcia takes part of the competition for the new sports pavilion at Algemesí
The Town Hall of the valencian town Algemesi, has organized the open competition for the new local sports pavilion construction, taking part and being selected as runner-up.
The exterior shape is a transparent glass at the ground floor for players and viewers to the garden. It provides natural light into the huge space, reinforced by the skyligts at the roof and the translucent façade to the north.
Functionally, the multisport court is for indoor football, handball, basketball and volleyball.
